These are examples to start from. In setup you choose your own services and prices, and whether each one books instantly, comes in as a request, or is an estimate visit. We change them with you whenever you ask.

Questions
Can customers send photos of the leak?
Yes. The booking asks what’s going on and takes notes and photos, so you know what to bring.
Can I keep some days for big jobs?
Yes. Block days off or lower the daily cap on days you’re booked on a larger job.
What about emergencies?
Customers with a burst pipe should still call you. Counterbell books planned visits.
