Questions

Can customers see prices for their vehicle?

Yes. They pick the vehicle size first, from a small car to a van, and each package shows its price and time for that size.

Can I approve ceramic coating and paint correction first?

Yes. Set those as requests. The customer sends the vehicle details and notes, and you confirm or suggest another time.

Do you handle tint and PPF?

Add them in setup as your own services. Most shops set them as requests, so they can quote the film first.

What about pet hair and stains?

The booking asks about the vehicle’s condition before the customer confirms, so you know what’s coming in.
