Questions
Can customers book their own tire swap?
Yes. Swaps, flat repairs and alignments can book instantly. The booking asks whether the tires are on rims, so you know what’s coming in.
How do I stop the spring rush from overbooking us?
Set a daily cap and a limit on cars at once. When a day is full, customers see the next day with room.
What about customers who need new tires?
They send a request with notes about what they need, and you confirm a time once the tires are in.
Do I need a website?
No. You get a shop page with your next open times, services and hours, plus a link for your Google profile and a QR card for the counter.
